Step 1: Find Your Business
Go to Express Update Tool. Search for your business by entering your business name, phone number or address.
Step 2: Claim and Verify Your Listing
If you see your business listed already, click the blue “claim now” button. You’ll be directed to a page with your business phone number shown and a button “Yes, call me now”. As you press the button, the screen will refresh and display a 4-digit verification code. Simultaneously, they will call your number and prompt you to enter the 4-digit code.
Step 3: Edit Your Listing
Once verification is complete, you need to create an account. Afterwards, you can update your business information by clicking on the business name usually on the upper left of your account dashboard.
